Look After Me

1)      Eliminating Residual Water: Residual water may occasionally remain in curved areas of bottles and accessories. Simply tilt the products inside the machine to allow the water to run off.

2)      Dealing with Hard Water: If your home has hard water/well water, mineral residue may be left on products after drying due to the high mineral content in your water. To prevent this, we recommend using a water softener or distilled water with the machine.

Why is using the Baby Brezza Bottle Washer Pro different to a dishwasher? Washing bottles, pump parts and accessories in the Baby Brezza Bottle Washer is very different (and better) than using a dishwasher. Here’s why: • Cleans more effectively with 20 direct spray jets vs two spray arms – the Bottle Washer has 20 high-pressure direct spray jets that blast bottles, pump parts and accessories with water to wash and rinse. Most dishwashers only have 1 or 2 spray arms that rotate and don’t directly spray water on items inside. As a result, the Bottle Washer ensures that even the tiny crevices are cleaned in your baby products. • Has specific racks for optimal cleaning – the Bottle Washer’s racks are designed to accommodate baby bottles, nipples, even vent tubes to ensure they are thoroughly washed, rinsed, sterilised and dried • Sterilises vs dishwashers that don’t – the Bottle Washer offers a sterilization cycle which uses natural steam to kill 99.9% of germs. Dishwashers do not sterilise – they only sanitize which uses hot water up to 74º C which doesn’t kill 99.9% of germs. • Takes less time – the Bottle Washer washes, sterilises, and dries in 88 minutes. Most dishwashers take between 2 and 5 hours to wash and dry and even longer if you include sanitizing. And if you’re in a rush, you can select from 6 settings, five of which take less time including Wash Only, Dry Only, Wash & Dry, Sterilise & Dry, or Sterilise Only. • Uses 80% less water than a dishwasher - The Bottle Washer Pro uses less than 1 gallon of water for a wash-sterilise cycle whereas a typical high-efficiency dishwasher uses 4 gallons of water and a standard dishwasher uses 6 gallons of water for the same cycle. • No waiting for your dishwasher to fill up. • No mixing with food residue or heavy detergents that are common in household dishwashers. How long are the cycles in the Bottle Washer Pro? The Bottle Washer offers 6 different modes across washing, rinsing, sterilising, and drying. Here are the times for each cycle: • Wash Cycle = 10-minute wash cycle and 9 minutes of rinsing (i.e. three 3-minute rinse cycles) • Sterilise Cycle = 9-minute sterilise cycle • Dry Cycle = 60-minute dry cycle If you select Wash-Steriliser-Dry, the total cycle will take 88 minutes. If you select Wash-Dry, the total cycle will be 79 minutes. What is the footprint of the Bottle Washer Pro? The Bottle Washer fits well in modern kitchens with dimensions of 46cm in height, 23cm in width, and 39cm in depth. How do I setup my Bottle Washer Pro? Please watch the video below to see how you to setup your Bottle Washer Pro. https://youtu.be/qKqmJBYU8Ss Where is the best place to put my bottles in the Bottle Washer Pro? Please watch the video below to see where to place your items on our Bottle Washer Pro. https://youtu.be/aVk9EDZmieI How do I change the HEPA filter in my Bottle Washer Pro? Please watch the video below to see how you to change the HEPA filter in your Bottle Washer Pro. https://youtu.be/PWW9iz120uA Why do I get a white residue / haze on my bottles after washing? We are sorry to hear you are experiencing white residue or a haze on your bottles after washing. Below we have listed some possible reasons for this occurrence and some solutions. • Excessive Detergent: The white residue may be the result of using too much detergent in the wash cycle. We recommend using only 1 Baby Brezza detergent tablet, as excessive soap can leave behind a residue. • Hard Water Deposits: Another possible cause of the white residue is hard water deposits. Hard water contains minerals that can accumulate on the bottles and leave behind a white film. Consider using distilled water if you are in an area with high mineral content in your water.
