The bed itself is very nice, good quality and looks lovely. However, the service and delivery was terrible. Driver very rude and annoyed I opened the door (a woman with a toddler) when he realised I wouldn’t be much use in lifting the bed. Kept saying he phoned so someone would be in - I was in to take the delivery, just couldn’t assist when I had a child to look after. I have never experienced having a large (heavy) item of furniture delivered and been expected to help lift it out a van? Then have the driver annoyed at me for not helping? If you are disabled/can’t lift heavy items or on your own and can’t leave a child etc I suggest not ordering from this company as you will struggle to get your item delivered without rudeness and a fuss being made. Very strange service.
